Our inspector from Mose, Micheal Kallaur was excellent. He inspected 2 homes for us and one of them was a bit of a tricky situation. He went above and beyond to make sure the home was properly inspected, even going back a second time (asap) as a certain area was impassable the first time. Micheal made us feel like we could trust him now and in the future should we have any concerns about the home we purchased. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I purchased our first home and Carol came highly recommended as an inspector and we couldn't be happier with her services! She was prompt and responsive over email and found the availability to come inspect our new home within just a few days at our request.
