I have gotten to know Mose Home Inspection Services and Carol Mose over the past few years and can honestly attest to being extremely appreciative of their thorough attention to detail and conscientious style of reporting. There is nothing enjoyable about hearing of the potential 'problems' in your home but a thorough report can give you the confidence you need to move forward.

I am a residential real estate broker. I had previously done two inspections with Michael Kallaur. This week, I did one with Carol Mose. This review is to indicate that I have always been entirely satisfied with Mose Home Inspection Services. Apart from being very detail oriented, what I mostly appreciated about their work is: (1) The time they take to explain things to clients, and (2) The fact that they are not alarmists. They clearly explain which elements are immediate, which are long-term, and which are simply maintenance. Thank you and I look forward to working with you in the future!

Overall good experience from booking the inspection to after the completion of the inspection. Andrew, the inspector, was very nice, respectful, professional, thorough and helpful. He was good at explaining things, and even made himself available after the inspection for any related questions. I'm glad I chose Mose.

Carol did a great job with my condo inspection and I couldn't be more happy with her work! I was particularly impressed with how thorough she was, and how she took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, what was urgent, what could wait, and why. Excellent communication prior to the inspection, very responsive, and easy to book a time with her. Very nice to speak to as well, and took 100% of the stress out of this step of a home purchase!

Our inspector from Mose, Micheal Kallaur was excellent. He inspected 2 homes for us and one of them was a bit of a tricky situation. He went above and beyond to make sure the home was properly inspected, even going back a second time (asap) as a certain area was impassable the first time. Micheal made us feel like we could trust him now and in the future should we have any concerns about the home we purchased. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I purchased our first home and Carol came highly recommended as an inspector and we couldn't be happier with her services! She was prompt and responsive over email and found the availability to come inspect our new home within just a few days at our request. She spent a lot of time going over every detail and making us aware of all the issues with the house in a professional and friendly manner. We felt confident in our purchase and well informed on minor repairs that arose. She was wonderful and we'd book her/recommend her to others in a heartbeat!

Incredibly detailed and thorough inspection of my house. Mr. Mose is very knowledgeable, and he saved me many, many, times what his inspection cost by pointing which renovations recommended by various contractors were in fact unnecessary, and why.

As a first time home-buyer all the steps in the process are new to me. Gerry patiently explained to me what he was checking and his preliminary results as he went.
